Pretty sure that car was owned by Julian "J.H." Petty - Lee's brother and Richard's uncle. Right?

With a bit more research now that I'm home, here are the win stats for Welborn. 9 career GN wins - six with Julian Petty as the owner. Of his nine wins, only ONE was in #44 - at Greensboro NC on May 11, 1958. Guessing that's when this one was taken.
