It depends on what year this picture was taken. Ricky Rudd drove a DiGard Chevrolet #88 Monte Carlo in 1981 and Bobby Allison drove a Chevrolet DiGard #88 Monte Carlo in 1982, although he rarely competed with the Chevy. He ran the Buick mostly. My guess it's Bobby Allison, not Rickey or Darrell.

Yeah, for sure it's Rudd or B.Allison. ( i'm trying to read the roof name,based on that i'm leaning towards Allison )

Bobby always rested his left arm on the door. I believe its him.

Rudd drove a Monte in the second race only at Nashville in 81' and finished 4th...Led a couple hundred laps or so...Bobby drove a Monte in both Nashville races in '82...By the way he is sitting in the car and the look of the hand on the wheel I would say it is in '82 with Bobby. Ricky always seemed to sit lower in the car if I remember correctly.Kinda Earnhadt style, kinda sorta.
