Drivers Expected for Expo

Raleigh: The RacersReunion held in conjunction with the 26th Annual Piedmont Racing Expo this weekend is expected to draw notable drivers and family members of drivers who raced at the Raleigh Fairgrounds Speedway between 1955 and 1970. The Reunion will take place on the Saturday, January 14 with a special autograph session from 10am-2pm in the Expo Building on the Fairgrounds, just a few yards from the historic grandstands of the old race track.

Those expected to attend include: Gene Hobby, Lloyd Dane, Dink Widenhouse, Hank Thomas, Raymond Williams, Bill Hollar, Tommy Norris, Dan Honeycutt, Wayne McGhee, Ronnie Hartsfield, Bill Blair, Gary Lewallen, James Jones, Jackie Rogers, Wallace Smith, Kent Fogleman, Earl Arnold, Bill Mangum, Wally Bell, Donnie Watson, and others!
