YORK SPRINGS, Penna., Tuesday, March 20, 2012 – The Eastern Museum of Motor Racing has designated Saturday, March 31 and Sunday, April 1, 2012, as the official Grand Opening and Unveiling of the Phase IV museum expansion.
This latest addition to the celebrated motorsports museum honoring the development of racing in the eastern United States adds nearly 6000 square feet, bringing the total museum display area to over 20,000 square feet. This expanded area allows the museum complex at the Latimore Valley Fairgrounds near York Springs, Pennsylvania, to cover the entire gamut of high horsepower competition including sprint cars, modifieds, midgets, dirt late models, NASCAR-type stock cars, motorcycles, and drag racing.
