(Editor's note: Bobby was a little late sending this one to me, but really, who cares? Christmas was only 12 days ago but the one he's remembering was 49 years ago... and still a great Christmas. May you all have at least one that stands out in your memory like that.)

There was a new store in town that Christmas; its name was (the) "Western Auto." New stores meant new excitement, 'specially those with bicycles and BB guns in the front window. But that new Western Auto store turned out to be just about the coolest store any of us had ever seen.
