I have often heard the saying “birds of a feather, flock together”. I guess that has been a part of my lexicon since early childhood. It can be used to infer good thoughts, or, if you so choose, to insult. I know in my life it has been used by others both ways when direct at me. There were times when, if used negatively, it bothered me, but not so much anymore. Guess I’ve sort of adopted the Kyle Busch way of looking at the opinions of others as to what I do or say. Oh. I still care that I present a positive image when I’m meeting folks, especially when I am representing RacersReunion, but as an overall point of reference, I am no longer influenced by the negative, hateful comments of others. I do crave a positive return on what I present here, and most times that is what I receive. But, as stated already, those of “birds of a feather”...
