DAYTONA BEACH Fla. - This is the second in a series of articles about people in racing who will be honored at the ninth annual Victory Lane Racing Association Awards banquet scheduled to be held on February 18 at the Pelican Bay Golf and Country Club. The event will be preceded on Monday. February 17 by the Back To The Roots event at Main Street Station and many of the same racing VIP's will be a part of both programs.
