Billy Scott Five Hours After a Six By-Pass Surgery
By-pass surgery only slowed Billy Scott for a few days. His wife, Barbara had him enjoying his retirement in a short while. He made history with Home Health Services in Daytona. They stated that was the first time they had come to a race track to care for a patient. He returned to the track in time to hear the race, as he was camping in turn one in 2006.
