Billy Scott and Freddy Smith pose for pictures following the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame Award Presentation, August 14, at Florence Speedway. Billy was inducted into the Hall of Fame as Freddy received the Sportsman of The Year Award. Smith was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2001. He was credited with 750 wins through 2001 and is still going.
