BILLY GREETED BY BENNY PARSONS
After Dale's call to meet him at the mall, we went. When he came out on stage, he asked if Billy and Barbara Scott were in the audience and called Billy up to the stage. Benny Parsons also came over to greet Billy. Dale talked in length about how he met the Scott family, what a good dirt track diver Billy was, and how he used to go home with us on the weekend. Benny told him, "Dale this is my show", to which Dale said, "I don't care if it is, I want to talk with Billy". We will forever believe he had a premenition that something was going to happen, as he called us many time that week to meet him at various places. He was so special!!!
