This week, Georgia Racing Historian Mike Bell a great Georgia racer over at Georgia Racing History .com .

After coming home from the Korean War, W.M. Fulmer first became a driver, but after a scary accident, he would become a successful car owner. In later years, he would become well known as the owner of the first true Chevrolet to win a NASCAR event back in 1952.
