Hi folks, I hope everyone is doing well. This week, we take a look at a recent gathering of racing legends at Georgia Racing History.com .

On Aug. 11, former drivers and fans gathered for the fifth annual Lakewood Speedway Reunion at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame in Dawsonville, GA. Among those in attendance were Georgia Racing Hall of Famers Rex White, Roz Howard, Charlie Mincey, and Bruce Brantley, among others. The late Jimmy Mosteller and the late Cotton Owens were both honored as a part of the event. Happy Birthday wishes go out this week on Aug. 27 in memory of Weldon Adams (1928-1995), and in memory of Dale Singleton (1955-1985), and on Aug. 28 in memory of Wendell Scott (1921-1990).
