Saw JD at Beltsville in 70 and then Daytona in 78, One of a bunch of dedicated independents on the circuit. I remember the clips of his wreck ,that is why the cahnge the part of the track to a chicane to slow it down, ASSCAR don't fix things that should be till someone pays the ultimate priceif you want me to elaborate I will e-mail me

Ya i miss seeing him on the track just this past Sunday at Watkins Glen i thught about old J D
