....one great racecar indeed, yet there never was a model kit done of this one like the others done back in the day.... wonder why?

Good question. If there had of been a model kit, I would have owned it. My wife recently bought me the old Donnie Allison Wood Brothers Mercury. I put it up and don't plan on doing anything with it. I know you can buy a resin kit of the 74 Mercury and the decal sheet are pretty common, but I've never bought one myself.
