Hello, I am pleased to anounce that the State of North Carolina has approved a state historical highway marker to mark Nascars lasr dirt track race at the State Fairgrounds Speedway. I am planning a ceremony sometime during the state fair and will post the date and drivers that will attend as soon as I have commitments.
