Saw this on Jayski and looked it up. This new 2014 Chevy Impala could be the the new car to take to the high banks. Looks good in its stock form, could be a good looking racer. This one is shown in its SS Performance add ons so I'm told.
It looks likely but I've also read the following at another site.
'It's pretty well accepted in the car industry that the next Chevy model will be a US version of the new Holden Commodore. Also Chevy and Holden in the near future will begin to cross develop a majority of their cars together.'
This is the Holden Commodore by the way. They use this car in Australian V8 Supercar competition against the Ford Falcon.
The Commodore may get a look but I believe Chevy would go with their own design if possible. If Jayski post it I tend to believe there something to it.
If the Commodore is indeed the brand Chevy rolls out, they have no choice. They'll have to bring back Elmo Langley's old number.
But this car ISNT a real Holden---its front wheel drive,not like the Aussie ride from down under.. If they truly bring the Rear wjheel car up it will be a dresser for sure with a Caddy or Buick badge ... Any one for a Buick back up front?? Or even maybe a Caddy?? Templates anyone?

All I was stating was tha Jayski posted the 2014 Impala and there was talk this was the new car for NASCAR competition.
