Carl has been said to be hopping on the Penske train when it goes through town. He put the word out today on his intentions. Yup he is staying with the Cat in the Hat for a long time.

So this means he will try to put a 99 Fastnel where it hasnt been in a while. Oh yeah he still has to make chase yet..

Wonder if that Eco Boost on his hat will help propel him up up and away...

Carl said that he had a contract with Roush and that was where he will be. He has no desire to jump ship and go to Penske.
