RIP Raymond Payne #3

Southern short track racing has lost another driver. Raymond Payne passed away. Family will recieve friends at Padgett-King Funeral home in Forest City, NC. Friday from 10-12, buriel will be at Veterans Cemetary in Black Mountain,NC.

Saw some great races with him at Cherokee Speedway in the late seventies. I loved those old Camaros!
