Bowman Gray Stadium Video History

Much has been written and posted about the historic Bowman Gray Stadium - a place where both Bill France, Jr. and Richard Childress peddled peanuts in the grandstands.

If this has been posted before, my apologies. I just found it and really enjoyed it. It's a 9 year old six minute clip narrated by Krista Voda in 2004, with commentary by David Pearson, Bobby Allison and Buddy Baker.

I love Buddy Baker's observation during the video. "You don't have to run 200mph to put on a great show." ARE YOU LISTENING NASCAR ?

Note the opening shot of the RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co. corporate headquarters building on the Winston-Salem skyline.

Thanks Dave for bringing this up. I went to their website and saw a bunch of their videos. Great crowds and plenty of action. I wished I lived nearby.
