Roger Mccluskey's Stock Car win at the Milwaukee Mile, July 9, 1972

Does anyone know where I might get any pictures printed (especially the shot with him holding the trophy) from this event? I have searched everywhere so hope someone might know someone who can help.

The car he raced there was a Plymouth Super bee, car number #3

The reason for the interest is that I have the actual trophy which I have in a glass display unit with the original program from the event, and the 1/18th scale Plymouth diecast he raced.

Nigel, The only pics I have seen from around that time frame show Roger driving a super bird number 1 and his friend Don White driving the number 3 super bird car. I'll try and attach a couple pics I've seen recently. Good luck with your search and if I find anything I'll post it to your page.

He definitely drove the 3 car in that race in 1972 as the attached pictures show.

Nigel, From looking at all these pics it looks like the # 3 car was the same car he drove in 1970 on the program cover. The decals all match on the front fender. I'm from the Springfield Ohio area and used to go the races now and then w/ Jack Bowser. I'll see if any of my old pics show the # 3 car.

Yes Bill the exact same car he drove in 1970 but badged with no #3.
