This one is very interesting and very awesome!

No sound, but a rare COLOR video of the 1952 Southern 500 (The one Fonty Flock won while wearingBermudashorts. After winning, he drive back to the start/finish line, sat on top of his car and led the crowd in singing "Dixie") Wow, only in America, or should I say the South? lol


Oh man, this gives me chills just watching this video. The 1952 Daytona Modified Race. It's in such good quality, that it's seems it was filmed yesterday.


1957 Grand National Event at Daytona. Its amazing how close spectators were. Just blocked by thin rope 6 feet from the cars!

Man, Cody!!!! Those are some great videos, especially that one of the Southern 500. Thanks for putting those up here. I would never have found them. Guess I need to learn my way around You Tube now! Is there no end to this techniclogical nightmare we old folks get caught it????
