Memorial Day weekend of 1977 saw Sam Ard winning the Late Model Sportsman race at Caraway in Asheboro, North Carolina over Joe Millikan, but the 2nd place finisher in the Street Division sure sounds familiar!
Must be the same Billy Biscoe who was winning in 1978!
