Andy was the one who could have made it happen. Sad it came out this way. I was hoping he would pull it off and show the big guys that the fans still wanted the Rock and North Wilkesboro...Andy Hillenburg is the BEST.
I know the track has been idle for a couple years, but the 'growth' in the infield-tri-oval area looks suspect.......especially when compared to the rest of the infield.
Maybe they let Childress plant it in grapevines.
Not looking good. Sure miss racing at "The Rock".
More news regarding the future of The Rock, good or bad, we'll never know till next month.
