With Elliott at the wheel for Richard Sunday could this be the beginning of the old Petty Reborn. As good as Elliott is here he comes out of the pits with a pole qualifying like the old days.
No one was close although there is another Ford on the outside.
Maybe this is the blessing in disquise that RPM needs but Sunday will tell the tale.
Maybe with Ray Everham in the picture a little bit now we may just see a new glimmer in those dark shades, What do you think????

Checking the starting lineup this morning, I note all FOUR cars from RPM are in the top 13 qualifiers. Sort of strange but I am hoping it is an indication of good things starting to happen for The King.Tim

What a change! It's been awhile since I've checked in and I'm quite surprised. It may take me awhile to figure it our but first look it's really great.

Hopefully it will work out that Petty will actually run the company that carries his name.

Maybe it would work out if the King drove it himself. He could start at the rear and drive it to the pole. That would get some names on the side of the car! .
