Bobby...that was just FLAT OUT cool!! Dirt made the tires look like he was running "white walls"!! I can't wait...
This was the first test, but definitely won't be the last. They'll get a lot racier come July. The prospect of dirt 'ringers' will really add a new and exciting element to this event.
Absolutely!!!! Nothing....better than playin' in the DIRT!!!
Dang...that was down right sexy, Mama!! You go girl....wid ya bad self!!!
Gottaturn right, to go left.........dirt's for racin'!!!
There was a distinct difference in driving styles between the two...and Tony was gettin it done. Was the other driver Austin Dillon?...haven't seen him enough to know. I'd like to know what the lap times were for both of them.
Has anyone noticed that it is being said that this will be the first race on dirt for a NASCAR touring division since 1970. That would be a true statement if it were about the Grand National (Cup) division but the last race on dirt for a NASCAR touring division was in 1971, a Grand American race at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield. A race won by Buck Bakerthat had to bepostponed on the first attemptbecause of poor track conditions, too dusty to race on.
Good work, Dennis. You out to send this note to NASCAR Media and the AP Motorsports writer.
