NASCAR Fines Kyle Busch; Places Him On Probation For Remainder Of Year:

NASCAR has fined Kyle Busch $50,000 and placed him on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31 for his actions during the Nov. 4 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. Kyle Busch violated Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2011 NASCAR Rule Book. NASCAR took immediate action, parking Busch for the remainder of Friday night's event and maintaining the parked position for the NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway. On Monday, the parking directive was lifted by NASCAR. In issuing Monday's penalty, NASCAR went on to say that "if during the remaining NASCAR events in 2011 there is another action by the competitor that is deemed by NASCAR officials as detrimental to stock car racing or to NASCAR, or is disruptive to the orderly conduct of an event, the competitor will be suspended indefinitely from NASCAR."

Ok now we know the playing field, does this mean that we go back to the old way before boys have at it was put into play?? Or ------------------------------- if someone takes a shot at another while on the track what are the guidlines?

You know many a young child was looking for Kyle Sunday in the race but he was not to be found. Trying to explain this to them is almost saying there isnt a tooth fairy.

Mars and other sponsors will have to look at this real close before any action is taken.

Now what would the penalty crew here at Racers Reunion do for what was declared a low blow. Now remember lasr year something similar happened between Carl and Brad and it was if one of them was using the red bull stuff---he got wings. So this isnt the first time but is it just because the noise was so loud AGAINST Kyle that someone held his ears and said enough?? Most times the majority goes with the immediate flow ---so will the longevity of Joe fan come back to reason and say --------------------------?????? What will they say??? you tell me

I trust that NASCAR will hold a tight reign on Kyle this year. My hope is that if anything happens next year they respond quickly and firmly right from the start. And I hope JGR is more harsh with their punishment. Kyle is quickly becoming a m without a country, self imposed.

Wasn't he already on probation after the Harvick incident at Darlington? I mean I agree with NASCAR benching him a weekend, but I could agree with perhaps taking him off the Truck Series and Nationwide Series. He has worn out his welcome there.

Are you saying paint his bumper's (yes both) florescent yellow? Are you wanting him to be seen and not heard?? Now i have not seen no storm activity out of Toyota town yet,but its still early. The bright side if there is one this is a heck of a lot of publicity for somebody--I aint naming no one yet you got to admit there will be folks tuning in to the last two races to see if there is indeed another flair-up.

As far as the carl/brad dance true it wasnt under yellow B U T there were some frequent flyer miles used by Brad-- and he was reaaal close to crossing the out of bounds line at the stands. That was kinda testy to me. They didnt have no candy for the red trailer folks either.

Tweets said several asked where the M&M's car was sunday and what was told wasnt offered. The tooth Fairy can bring you joy if you let it but if you rock the boat ---no quarter for you.. Kyle rocked the boat Fri nite and so there wasnt no tooth Fairy sat or sun to bring visions to them----the yellow machine with the nutty guys on the outside was sashaying around the track with another dude rocketing around .. So Ms Josephine tonite and all the rest of the week you be real good now and maybe the tooth fairy will get wildthing outta hock and still have time to check on your pillow talk

The biggest difference between Carl and Brad's deal and this one is... this was done under caution. "The excuse...or reason "it was a racin deal" cannot apply. There is not room for potential judgmental error on NASCAR's part. Black and white here.

HOW ABOUT THIS OFF Twitter

NASCAR needs to have personality in it, Kyle Busch gives that. Losing that would make NASCAR 10x more boring

And this one

you got that right..he brought back a piece of what nascar lost when #3 died

I think why Carl wasn't penalized severely last year was because Brad was warned repeatedly by NASCAR to cool it when he was going through his 'I am the second coming of Dale Earnhardt' phase back in late-2008 and most of 2009 and running into whoever and whenever he felt like. I think not penalizing Carl was their way of telling Brad we told you so. And to be fair, Dr. Edwards' treatment did do the trick as Brad has since then been a far more respectful driver and has earned others respect too.

Kyle on the other hand took out a legitimate championship contender in a series where he drops down to 'have some fun' and stink up the races on a regular basis, for what was a situation he forced Ron into in the first place.I absolutely hate to see top Cup guys like Kyle come down to stink up lower series races so I'm hoping this makes Gibbs clamp down his participation in the lower series.
