...it was for sure. I was in attendance that night and here's what i remember about P.Parson night in that car. First off, the car was brand-new when they rolled- it out for the qualifying heats.( now here's the good part! )He looped it by himself going into turn 3 and for some un-explainable reason,he drove it back onto the track directly in front of the leaders causing a major wreck and totally demolishing the new v6 racecar! -i'll never forget it.....
