Lived near him back in the day. Amazing man. When he was racing his '66 II, we were racing a '64 II in B/MP. We copied his suspension and his advice stopped us from cracking anymore rear carriers. He would beat the Hemis on a regular basis. We were at Cecil County at a match race against Sox & Martin one time where he put that Toy in the 10's for the first time. He was great off the line and that is where he would win. This is when the tree lights came down sequentially.
