This car ran in the Historic Hot Rod series. Hot Rod's by today's standards are our NASCAR on the oval's here in Britain. High spec cars with space frames, racing gear boxes etc have made them the most expensive short circuit formula.
The formula started it's routes with modified family cars such as this back in the sixties running high reving 4 cylinder cross flow engines.
This car has now left the series to do battle in hill climbs & sprints. Paint & body work prepared by Stu Blyth
