With the mike in hand is the late Martinsville track announcer and noted auctioneer, Lewis "Mouth of the South" Compton. And in the yellow shirt with the NASCAR insignia is the late photographer, T. Taylor Warren, who setteled in Martinsville from the northeast and operated Pictures, Inc.
