My Father Frank Stanford recently passed away. While looking through his old photos, I came across pictures from the Karlsrhue Racing Association.
A little back history, my father, Tom McNulty and Tom Goltry were members of a group of GIs who created the Association and race track.
My Mother Lee Stanford was a lap counter for the races.
I am uploading a copy of the original newspaper article written by the Karlsrhue Newspaper in 1972. Also uploaded is a translation of the article in english and an article written by the local GI newspaper.
