Jon, Great job publishing your peeves. I agree with almost all of them. The sad tire story is a shame on whomever is responsible. You hit another one of my pet peeves. The National Anthem is a beautiful song and should be sung with RESPECT. I like a PLAIN version. All these so-called pro singers that try to revise the tune and add their own personal embellisments really turn me OFF. My other pet peeve is the amount of commercial time you have to suffer through NASCAR TV broadcasts. As much as I want to see the race, I have turned off several, til I calmed down a bit. Great Job.
