Found this on the same site today. Note the sponsor beside daddy's left leg. He and Mr. Fish had a long running relationship. Daddy claimed the Fish Carburetor was a key to his success in the Sportsman car and the 1955 National Championship. Mr. Fish gave him a trophy (sitting on my shelf) that is a replica of the big trophy from NASCAR for "Outstanding Work in Furthering Carburetion and Engine Performance".

I think the membership # was 465. Really faded with time but the memories are still clear. I'm pretty sure we used the money for gas and some PJ.Coulda been a big trash can full. LOL!
Great present. The attachments are made of my HS Graduation in 1965. Wish I still had the $100.00 bill he sent with it.
Tommy, are you referring to West Palm? If so daddy's first GN win came ther in 1956.
