This is Bradley, Harold's grandson.

As many of you know Papa fell off a ladder and got broken up pretty good and has been in the Veterans Hospital in Salem, VA for a few weeks now. He wants to send his thanks to everyone who has called and lifted his spirits and helped get his mind off of the pain. Bobby Allison I thank you for calling, the nurses have been pickin with him about talking to a famous driver and you really helped get his mind away from things that are going on with our whole family. My grandmother is also in the hospital at this time from a heart attack that occurred after Papa fell. Again thanks to all of you for the support and best wishes there is a long road ahead!
