I'd like to thank the officers and members of AIRPS, the Inductees and the vistors to the 50 th Anniversary Racing Reunion and Hall of Fame Induction. With out everyone working so hard I would have never been the success it was. The Augusta Vintage National 500 was the best ever and I hope we can improve next year. Your comments are welcome. Ann and I, along with the TSCM members from Columbia, all had a great time Harvey. Thank you for making it so special and thanks to all the members there who gave so much time and effort to make everything so nice. It was a beautiful day all the way around. I'm already looking forward to next year. I did forget, however, to purchase one of the dvds of about the track which I really hope to get my hands on soon.Thanks for all you did.Tim
Thanks Hrvey and all of the AIRPS crew. It was a great event. Friday night was very enjoyable with some good food and some great singing. She's gonna be a star someday. She was good. Sat. was a great day also. It is always such a pleasure to be in the company of other racers that helped to make the sport what it is today. Without the pioneer's where would we be? Also the fans. It is fun racing each other but to listen to the cheers from the grandstand sounding as good as that race car makes the sport what it is.Where would it be also without the fans. Thanks to everyone in Augusta you made my weekend great. Then on to Cochran that Sat. night to watch my 17 year old grandson race with my number on his car made me proud. Racing is in good hands. Both old and young. What a great sport.
