Langley Speedway's Oldest Driver Turns 90 Monday

Jimmy Young is Langley Speedway's oldest living driver, His 90th Birthday is Monday March 23, 2009. He started racing in the late 1940's on local dirt tracks in Virginia and North Carolina. I have known Jimmy my entire life. he is quite a character and still enjoying life today. His car number was 37, he was my father's first driver and got us started in racing in 1955.HAPPY 90th BIRTHDAY "JIMMY".

Jack that is a great birthday wish. I hope Jimmy has a great birthday,and I hope he has many more. Still trying to get this Langley deal done. If it go's we would love to have Jimmy as a special guest.
