Before he was famous Scott Riggs was kicking...well you know, at Southern National in Kenly, NC, in the car and OUT!! Bad crash then huge fight on the frontstretch. I was there and I swear 25 police cars swarmed the track. Sherrif Deputies from 3 counties, State Troopers, Kenly and Wilson PD, several unmarked cars. Enjoy!!!
