Think I finally figured out how to post a pic with the text so here's the beginning of a series of photos of my models in tribute to the Monday Morning Warriors of Darlington Raceway.Don't know if I should keep adding to this blog post or if I should do several with two or three pics so they would load faster. If someone who knows would tell me I would appreciate it. Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Jerry, I'd keep adding to this one until it moves down the page...then start a neww one to keep it on the main page all the time. Thanks very much for adding this. This is a treat.Jeff

Thanks for trying to help me with the photo posting Jeff. I appreciate the encouragement. Not sure what you mean by "moves down the page" though. How will I know it's time to start a new one?

What some have called the most perfect stock car racer ever built in Detroit, the '57 Chevy is represented here in both hardtop and sedan formats driven by three of the all time greats. Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

As new blog posts are added, they appear at the top of the page and all others move down one position. The last ten are always displayed. So, when this one gets past half way down the display...add a new one and you'll be back on top.

Will do and thanks again for getting me started.

Since my first car was a '57 Ford I guess I'd better feature some of the Dearborn Brigade from '57 too, Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Good job Jerry. Long time since I heard anything out of you but glad to see you are still at it.

Hello my old friend, I don't get around as much as I used to. It's great to hear from you too. I've still got my "Old Timer's Racing Club" license plate haning on the wall in the den. After Andy's brother and nephew cut me out of the loop in RCCA I didn't have the funding to make the trips to the shows and with all the "instant experts" that flooded the vintage racing world along about then I wouldn't have fit very well anyway. Maybe we can hit a show soon and hang out and do some serious bench racing.
