Hagerstown Speedway, a class in itself, well run program, heat races and mains, no long intermissions, just pure racing.

I don't think this is 1966 because Mert won the 1965 Track Championship in a Bug (modified Sprint Car size) and I ampretty sure Johnny Roberts was the last "Heavy" to win a race on July 4th, 1965. I think this has to be 1964 or earlier.
