Thanks, Jack...that was indeed a uniqe race car. He still has it, too. AJ made a brilliant career in drag racing and he did it from several perspectives. He has a combination of talent, skill and savvy that doesn't come along often. Showmanship, driving ability and building superior cars covered a lot of that ground and made championships for him over the years. In addition to that, he is a fine gentleman with a reverence for our sport, and he was a joy to work with on this project. Go AJ! JB

We need to get AJ to come to York Reunion with that Merc. Will you be there ?

I'd love to, but I think I'm going to be at the DragList Nationals in Eddyville, IA...even if not, I am in a band that's booked all the way through 2010. But the Big Animal would be a real treat to see run, wouldn't it! AJ is awesome! Have a great weekend, JB
