Not to take anything away from "DOG" a fellow r.r. member but to add to his tribute to the lady in Bermingham al.and that being the Bermingham international speedway which met her dermise this year after the city of bermingham decided they needed something ekse besides the track so after 95 years she is no more. All we have now are memories of the good old days especially when it was dirt .------------------memories
Agree with Tim! hope the stories are still told to the younger generation who never experienced the fun of short track racing at a track like BIR, here in Maryland we have the Maryland Stock Car Hall of fame where we keep the memories alive, I mention the NASCAR LMS division and they look at me like i just landed from MARS!!!
