Speaking of drug testing you see where jeremey's stepmother got her but throwed in jail over the weekend after she went to jeremey's house drunk as cooter brown and was beating on doors over there --neighbors called cops and she went crazy and kicked the neighbors girl who was pregnant ---there is more to this little 3 ring circus than is being told---what if all this stuff is not true against jeremey he could end up with a season pass to --something huh??

all of the information looks like some kind of conspiricy to put jeremey out of racing. who would do that & why? After he has lost his father under suspicous causes. Lets hope he gets cleared and gets his reputation & finanical damage repaired.

Iv'e often been a Mayfield fan.I like pulling for the under dog, I was also impressed when he got Dale Sr. loose and passed him for the win; I think it was Pocono late 90's. That took courage and skill not to spin him out. I was impressed even more when he raced his way in the chase by winning Richmond . (maybe 2005) Good examples of a true racer. As far as a person I've always respected the way he carried himself in front of camera. So no matter what I will be pulling for him. Hope he dosn't have a problem, but if he does I hope he can recover, and race on.

I keep hoping he's clean...and comes out of this deal with respect. But this whole thing is bazzzarrrrrr! Talk about airing your dirty underware.....shewwweeee. I feel for the guy no matter what the outcome is. The sad part...as I posted once before...the folks who usually come out on top in these deals are the ones with the most lawyers and money. Jeremy is trulythe underdog here.

I agree with Jeff, the winner of this dispute may very well be determined by money. NASCAR claims one result and Jeremey claims different results to the same test. This doesn't seem possible. I've heard, but I don't know for sure, that Jeremey's lawyers have ask for hair samples to be tested and NASCAR has refused, claiming his hair is too short. I say lets do this. At some date in the fute have both sets of lawyers and Jeremey meet at the courthouse, have the Judge call for another set of samples, both pee and hair, to be taken within the hour and send it off to another lab, one chosen by the Judge, and let the results speak for themselves. No more NASCAR test show this and Jeremey's show something differentI don't know what the results would be, but I hope that Jeremey can clear his name at some point down the road. My feelings on this is as follows, NASCAR made a quick call on a faults positive and they refuse to admit they acted too quickly. I think this is why they went ahead and tested sample B without Jeremeys approval, thus getting rid of all origanal samples. The test that followed I can't explain. But it will take more than what I've heard from NASCAR to make me beleive that Jeremey is a meth user. He just doesn't show the signs. If I'm wrong, I hope he gets help for his addiction.

If he is right and can win this...he'll own NASCAR. Like Johnny said...he'll get a bunch of season passes.
