You have seen the major speedways that are half mile or over usually have a smaller course inside of the big track--Think about this,if you built a quarter mile dirt track inside of the paved track you would have a track especially for Legend cars which look like vintage cars but you could also run full sized vintage cars on it and really have a good time without the faster speed bigger tracks have. A six or flathead would be almost equal on short tracks and a go kart track inside that? wow imagine.This would not be a weekly thing unless??? but maybe a monthly meet. If I remember correctly this could be a heck of a fund raiser for needy concerns or charitys. This way everyone is a winner,give trophys out at the end of race. Everybodys always proud of them. Special event meets can be held daily and bike clubs could show their chrome .car clubs could shine baby shine. This could well be the Racers Reunion Monument to our sport we love so much.With the local backing R.R.has achieved in the midlands and the exposure that it is getting on the net this could become a major fund raiser.It wont go together overnight but this is a vision I have of what is possible ,but heck im just an old Ga boy living the dream --with a" Purpose" anything is possible--with a "Dream" the sky is the limit --with a "Team Effort" things happen for the good of man kind !!If one thing positive comes out of "C I S" then all this will not becomememories---------------------------------lets make it happen!!
