turner,petty,and weatherly protested him after he won with over 1/2 lap advantage, they couldnt believe a flat head beat them--at 4 am in the morning after failing to anything illegal they proclaimed him the winner

For what it's worth, I grew up in Euclid. I know nothing of Euclid Ford though, it may have been years gone.
