Hey Ken, My name is Jason and I've been a NASCAR fan since 1988 (I would've been 11 years old then). Back in those days I was a Dale Sr. fan, but also have a few racing memories of someone named J.D. McDuffie. From time to time, I become somewhat obsessed with finding information about this fascinating individual and how he touched the lives of those around him. I never personally met J.D., although I did meet Tom Rumple in Elkin back in August 2002 and we talked at length about J.D. The reason I'm writing is that this November 1966 issue of SCR is supposed to have an article about McDuffie in it. I have no way of obtaining this particular issue of SCR and was wondering if maybe you could either post some excerpts from the article about J.D., or maybe scan the pages that have the article, because I would love to read it.
