I know this has been discussed before and considering the country's ideas of going greener, how do you think it is going to affect racing?

Greener fuels are already being used with Biodiesels and Ethanol which is a good thing considering future demands to reduce emissions. I am all for reducing emissions including the disposition of race cars and the elimination of oils and car parts that otherwise finds their way to landfills and city dumps.
What is your take about this issue? How will all of this affect the average hobby racer? And how will it affect costs to overall?
Even NASCAR is eying the future and how it will accomplish conforming to new and future standards. The biggest issue perhaps is how it affects the local driver and what they think about this or have they really?
