Whenever I go to a track, invariably they have Track Queens and Princesses there. They range in beauty and talent as do the divas who belt out our nation's number #1 song.

Sometimes I hear a comment about these entertainers as being untalented or ugly. Don't do that! Everyone is someone else's pride and joy.

All of women in racing are beautiful and one evening my girlfriend had commented that the couple in front of his had each other and loved each other. There were not nattily dressed or too symmetrical but they loved each other, loved racing and the country. What more could you ask?

This should make any dad proud and the fun and excitement reaching out to everyone and he looks young too. Incidentally these younger drivers bring in younger fans! Morning Wins!!

This song is cool. And you get it.Morning wins!

But also this was an era in the 60s and 70s that was a mix of generations from the doo wop types to the one-hit wonders which melted many a girl's heart. You are only young once and you are only older once as well. Both have premium value and when we see our values translated to our kids and succeeding generations, that also is a win.

A friend of mine commented about a younger girl who worked with the VA and she had long multi-colored hair and I said, "that hair is cool".And really when we have kids with different concepts we do, then we must be pleased.

70s Hair was kind of wild in a retro-way and 80s hair was kind of interesting with the 'Flock of Seagulls'look to the Mullets worn by guys brave enough to ware that.

The mood was more playful as the songs being played by Wolfman Jack, Scott Shannon and Casey Kasem's American Top 40! "Now let's hear our long distance dedication".

Sappy perhaps? But music bridges the gap and young people today as yesterday feel the same way. You see love in the fact that a young child grows up into an adult. You know you done well, because his hobby keeps him or HER busy and productively so. Rather than getting off in the wrong direction, track traditions build permanent bonds with other racing people, whether they are racers, owners, track officials and celebrities' and most of all fans, because we are all that and more to racing.
