If I'm not mistaken this could be Terry Kitchen a couple years after leaving Norris Yates racing number 8. Previously he drove for Bruce Van Dyke driving a 1970 Mustang in 1972 winning the track Championship at Speedway Park in Stoney Creek Ontario.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, this guy was my favorite driver when I was a kid and used to hang around Van Dykes shop and help out a little with touching up the paint and getting this and that for the car.

Terry was the regular driver of this car although Earl Ross drove it in the McKerlie Millen finale at Delaware in 1982 to victory over a field that included Ed Howe driving a Biederman's car (Don having been suspended) and Jr. Hanley. 53 cars showed up for that race.
who is that?
Terry Kitchen
