@linda-palmer13 years ago Thank You for sharing this photo of Pete Corey Sr. I am a friend and fan of his son Peter Corey Jr. whom at present hasa 1936 Vintage Chevy Coupe that he races in North and South Carolina. Peter had some really great runs on the red dirt last season at Sumpter, S.C. and we as fans very proud of his determination and love for dirt track racing and are confident many more great endeavors are on the horizon for this stockcar owner/driver. Peter began his career in the early 80's at NYS dirttracks and currently doing what he feels is his lifetime dream...living his dream with his 36 Chevy coupe! The racecar he has restored is an example of pure determination and ability to create what a true stockcar driver craves..to be the best at what you believe in and be able to share that dream with others. Afterall, this is what racing is all about!
