Our grandson is out of Brenners hopefully for a while. They have determined that his fever and blindness and bleeding was because of a blood presure medication that they were giving him for his kidney ailment. However that does not change the fact that he will have to have a kidney transplant in a few years. Thank to our RR family for all of your kind words, thoughts and prayers. Please remember Duncan daily for he has a hard battle in front of him.We want to thank all of the dedicated doctors and nurses for their excellent care they are the best in the world as far as I am concerned. WE ARE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE A FINE HOSPITAL SUCH AS BRENNERS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL so near to us.

Mike, hope that everything is ok. Brenner's is an amazing place. I know the struggles that are awaiting. Will keep you guys in our prayers that everything will turn out well. Transplants are truly an amazing thing these days and people can lead a normal life. Having been there, if there is anything we can do to aid your family with that please contact us.
